Let’s be a joyful testimony to the good news that Christ is with us! Everyone is invited to Christmas caroling in our Hempfield neighbor-hood tonight. We will gather in the upper parking lot of Hempfield High School (closest to Stanley Avenue) at 6:30 p.m. and walk and sing through the surrounding blocks, concluding by 7:30. We plan to hand out boxes of candy and invitations to our Christmas Eve service to those who welcome the interaction. After caroling we’ll drive back to the church and warm-up with hot chocolate and pretzels. In case of wet/extreme weather, caroling will be cancelled. Check the church website for updates.
December event for the Jr. High: “Gingerbread House Designs” December 19 from 7-9 PM at Evan Fertich’s House. Everyone, please bring at least 1 item to add to the pool of decorations!
The Sr. High youth will be caroling December 20, 6:30 to 9pm. We will be riding in a wagon visiting people near the church, so bundle up well. We will end with snacks at Sam and Marian Thomas’s house.
